Stuffed Rava Uthappam

An evening snack or breakfast with a twist, try Stuffed Rava Uthappam which can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and tastes really good.

Uthappam Base
 300 g Rava/Sooji
 150 g Yogurt or Dahi
 1 tsp Ajawain
 1 tsp Salt
Stuffing
 200 g Paneer
 1 qt Onion
 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
 58 qts Curry Leaves
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
 1 tbsp Chat Masala
 1 tsp Garam Masala
 23 qts Green Chili
 1 qt Green Coriender
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 2 tbsp Olive Oil/Mustard Oil
 1 tsp Salt
 23 pinches Asafoetida
 50 mg Mustard Seeds
Prep
1

Mix Rava, Yogurt, Ajawain and salt. Whisk them together. and set aside for 20 Minutes.

Stuffing

Add some oil in a kadhai or a pan

Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves and wait for 1 Minutes to crackle

Add Ginger garlic paste and Onion to it wait for 1 Minutes

Add peas to it.

Mix in all the spices and cook for 2 Minutes

Add Paneer to the mixture, mix well and cook for another 5 Minutes. Stuffing will be ready.

Cooking Uthappam

Add some oil to pan, then add some curry leaves

Add a layer of Batter in the pan

Spread a layer of the stuffing on top of the batter

Add another layer of batter on top of stuffing

Put some curry leaves on top as well as some mustard seeds. Let cook for 1 Minutes

Flip the Uthappam and let cook for another 2 Minutes

Serve with Tomato Sauce or coconut chutney as desired.
